L.M. Management Group is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing trends, and delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across our property management operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and passionate about using data to improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support leadership and operational teams.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in financial, operational, and customer data.
- Develop data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and profitability.
- Work cross-functionally with departments to support business initiatives with data insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.
- Present findings in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Experience working with large datasets and data cleaning processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with property management or real estate industry is a plus.

$24.99 - $34.99 per hour
