Role Overview
The Reserve Integration Program Analyst supports the planning, coordination, and improvement of Reserve component integration across MARFORPAC. This role combines program management, data analysis, and process improvement to enhance readiness and force management execution.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Tracking
- Maintain and improve trackers for Reserve activations and planning requirements
- Develop and manage Feasibility of Support (FOS) tracking for exercises
- Track readiness metrics across assigned and allocated units
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze reserve utilization, activation timelines, and readiness data
- Prepare reports and executive-level briefings for senior leadership
- Provide clear, actionable insights to support decision-making
IMA Program Support
- Manage administrative processes for the Individual Marine Augmentee (IMA) program
- Streamline onboarding and personnel tracking
- Help define roles, responsibilities, and transition processes (competition to crisis)
- Support readiness reporting frameworks (DRRS-S / DRRS-MC)
Coordination & Liaison
- Coordinate with MARFORRES, HQMC, and other service components
- Support reserve activations, allocations, and readiness assessments
Knowledge & Process Management
- Develop and maintain SOPs, policies, and knowledge repositories
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Standardize workflows to improve consistency and execution
GFM & Readiness Support
- Support Global Force Management (GFM) planning and execution
- Assist with exercise planning and reserve participation tracking
- Contribute to readiness assessments and improvement recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 6–8 years of relevant experience
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Experience building trackers, databases, and reporting tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- PMP certification
- Experience with Reserve or personnel integration programs
- Familiarity with DRRS-S and/or DRRS-MC
- Experience with SMDS / GSAMPS (FMT)
- Knowledge of force management processes and military operations
- Experience writing executive-level briefings
- Demonstrated process improvement experience
