Kreative Core Technologies ERP Implementation Consultant Remote · Full time Company website

FOR POOLING: As KCT grows its Tyler practice into new government verticals, this role provides a pipeline of qualified consultants across additional Tyler product lines — including Courts & Justice, Public Safety, Schools, Property Appraisal & Tax, Land & Vital Records, Data & Insights, and Digital & Civic Engagement — so the Company can respond quickly to new client demand without a cold start on sourcing. Candidates sourced against this JD are evaluated for the specific Tyler product line(s) they specialize in and are engaged only once KCT formally activates that service line, secures a client engagement, or requires surge support in partnership with another delivery partner.

About Kreative Core Technologies

At Kreative Core Technologies (KCT), you won't be buried in a bench or babysitting a ticket queue. We're the firm public-sector leaders call in when ERP work needs senior hands on it, whether that's a first-time implementation, a project that's gone off track, or a system that should be doing a lot more than it is. That means the work you get is real: high-stakes, high-visibility, and yours to own. You'll embed directly with client teams, with the autonomy to scale your involvement to what the work actually needs, not a rigid playbook. We treat transparency and knowledge transfer as core to how we deliver, which means you're trusted to teach, not just execute, and to leave clients stronger than you found them. No smoke and mirrors, no manufactured dependency, just good work, done well, that speaks for itself. If you want a place where senior expertise is expected, autonomy is real, and the work is never busywork, you'll fit right in here.

  • Track defects and coordinate resolution with the project team and Tyler vendor support through to closure
  • Support parallel processing activities and reconciliation between legacy and new systems prior to cutover
  • Training & Knowledge Transfer
  • Design and deliver role-based end-user training sessions — remote and onsite as required — tailored to client workflows
  • Develop client-facing training materials including user guides, process guides, quick reference sheets, and job aids
  • Create or adapt custom reports to meet client-specific operational and reporting requirements
  • Build client staff capability to independently administer and sustain the Tyler environment post-implementation
  • Project Governance & Delivery
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including configuration logs, issue logs, agendas, trip reports, and timesheets
  • Participate in weekly project status meetings, steering committee presentations, and departmental working sessions
  • Provide weekly progress updates, time tracking, and effort reporting to support budget management
  • Escalate functional risks, configuration issues, and scope changes to the Project Manager proactively and with recommended resolution paths
