Grocery Outlet of Signal Hill is seeking motivated and dependable Crew Leaders to join our opening team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting daily operations, supervising team members, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and customer-focused store environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support store associates during assigned shifts
- Assist with stocking, merchandising, and inventory management
- Operate cash registers and provide excellent customer service
- Help unload trucks and organize backroom inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Assist with training and coaching team members
- Ensure shelves remain fully stocked and presentation standards are maintained
Qualifications
- Previous retail, grocery, or customer service experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
