Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with mental health conditions in an inpatient or outpatient setting. This role requires a dedicated professional who can assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with diverse psychiatric needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status and medical needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and monitor for side effects, ensuring patient safety.
- Provide crisis intervention and manage acute psychiatric episodes effectively.

- Document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license in [State].
