We are seeking a Clinic Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of Trophy Club location. This hands-on leadership role is integral to ensuring the clinic's success, encompassing front office management, patient satisfaction, provider support, inventory control, and team engagement.

As a Player-Coach, you will embody a "Patients First" mindset, setting the standard for excellence and guiding your team through example. This position demands exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust among patients, clinicians, and staff while fostering a culture of hope and joy in mental health care. Additionally, you will become a subject-matter expert in innovative mental health treatments, including ketamine and emerging psychedelic therapies.



Compensation


  • Base Salary: $62,000
  • Competitive Care option package
  • Target annual earnings $90k including monthly bonus

Key Responsibilities


  • Foster excellent customer service and resolve patient and provider concerns with problem-solving and timely follow-up.
  • Co-develop and execute strategies to achieve key metrics.
  • Oversee clinic operations, including patient engagement, scheduling, and attendance management.
  • Lead and motivate clinic staff to ensure high performance and teamwork.
  • Maintain provider and staff coverage to meet operational requirements.
  • Build authentic relationships with patients and referral partners while supporting practice development activities.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of patient records, schedules, and insurance information in compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Analyze clinic budget reports to identify variances and recommend process improvements.
  • Manage inventory, office supplies, and compliance procedures for controlled substances.
  • Support special projects and additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications


  • Passion for mental health care: A deep commitment to delivering high-quality care for mood disorders.
  • Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service.
  • Leadership Experience: Direct supervisory experience preferred; healthcare or retail settings are a plus.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written, oral, and presentation abilities, with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Multi-Tasking and Problem-Solving: Proven ability to manage a fast-paced environment and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Professionalism: Maintains a polished appearance and demeanor while building rapport in a mental health setting.
  • Attention to Detail: Efficient, organized, and thorough in completing tasks and follow-ups.
  • Training Commitment: Ability to complete company-sponsored Esketamine training within three months of hire (some travel required).
