Job Title: Grow Hand

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Grow Hand at our medical marijuana grow facility. As a Grow Hand, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within our indoor grow facility. This position is essential to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our plants and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing various areas of the indoor grow facility.
• Clean and disinfect cultivation rooms, equipment, and surfaces to prevent the spread of contaminants and maintain a sterile environment.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in break rooms, restrooms, and common areas for the comfort and well-being of employees.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and restocking cleaning supplies as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the cultivation team to provide assistance with plant maintenance tasks as required.

Requirements:

• MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices in compliance with industry regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Working Conditions:

• This position requires working in an indoor grow facility with varying temperatures, humidity levels, and strong odors associated with cannabis cultivation.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, bend, and stand for extended periods is necessary.
