Role Summary

As our Office Manager & HR Recruiter, you’ll be the backbone of our Miami office operations, playing a pivotal role in managing office logistics and leading our recruitment efforts. You’ll ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly while recruiting top-tier talent to join our expanding team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee all office operations to maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, sourcing and hiring top talent for our sales and administrative teams.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and best practices to support Klendify’s growth.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes to integrate new hires seamlessly.
  • Maintain employee records and support ongoing HR needs for compliance and employee engagement.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment with Klendify’s strategic goals.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in office management and HR, ideally within a high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with alternative financing or a related financial services industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage office dynamics and lead hiring efforts.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to the fast-paced environment of a growing company.
