MyJOB Program Instructor
Green Hill School — Chehalis, WA
Reports to: Kendra Jones, Program Manager
Schedule: Monday & Tuesday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (~20 hours/week)
The MyJOB Instructor delivers Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) directly to young people inside Green Hill School. You’ll teach three one-hour group classes on Mondays and three on Tuesdays, plus individual sessions with students throughout the day.
This is a workforce development teaching role — not a therapeutic one. The work is about results: skill-building, career readiness, and measurable outcomes that move young people toward competitive employment and successful reentry. Your job is to show up consistently, teach with intention, document carefully, and treat every student like someone with a future.

- Group instruction: 3 one-hour classes Monday, 3 one-hour classes Tuesday (6 hours/week of classroom time)
- Individual sessions: 1:1 student meetings scheduled around group blocks

4) Program Support & Coordination (10%)
- Host guest speakers and employer visits arranged by the Program Manager: brief them, introduce them to students, and make the hour count.
- Support Work-Based Learning Experience (WBLE) logistics for your students, including hour tracking and required paperwork.
- Coordinate with the Program Manager on curriculum updates, student needs, and program quality.
5) Facility Relations & Safety (5%)
