Kiwi Creative is a fully remote digital marketing agency and HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner for clients in the B2B software and technology space. At our agency, Digital Marketing Managers are the primary owners of client accounts, responsible for delivering high-quality digital marketing work while maintaining long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing strategic recommendations and managing projects, but also proficient at executing individual tactics when needed.

Description

A day-in-the-life of an Digital Marketing Manager will include:

  • Working closely with the Managing Director to create and present digital marketing strategies for retainer clients
  • Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for client communications with the goal of building long-term relationships
  • Creating timelines and monitoring scope creep to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects
  • Managing full-scale website redesign projects from start to finish
  • Analyzing KPIs and generating reports on campaign performance using HubSpot, Databox, Google Analytics/Search Console, etc.
  • Estimating and selling additional services to add value to client engagements
  • Onboarding new HubSpot users as part of their Partner Scaled Onboarding program
  • Delegating and managing the delivery of specialized tactical work to a team of in-house employees and/or freelancers
  • Pitching in to assist with tactical work related to digital marketing campaigns, such as SEO, email, social media, workflows and other HubSpot-related tasks
  • Researching and implementing AI tools


This job would be an awesome fit if you have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role (preferably at a tech company) or an account management role at an agency
  • Extensive hands-on experience using HubSpot, especially Marketing Hub
  • In-depth experience using other popular martech tools, such as Databox, Google Analytics and more
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, email and conversion optimization best practices
  • Experience managing full-scale website redesign projects
  • A passion for keeping up with the ever-changing state of AI as it relates to marketing technology
  • The ability to think on your feet while presenting ideas, providing professional feedback and making recommendations in front of clients
  • Solid digital writing skills with a sharp eye for grammar
  • A borderline obsession with attention to detail, goal setting and data analysis
  • The ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, juggling multiple projects during any given day

$60,000 - $72,500 per year
