Kistler Law Firm, APC is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Palmdale office. We are looking for an attorney who wants to litigate aggressively, move cases forward, and hold opposing counsel accountable throughout discovery.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with discovery, meet-and-confer practice, motions to compel, deposition preparation, and taking or defending depositions. Trial experience is a plus, but not required. The most important qualities are strong judgment, excellent writing, litigation discipline, and the ability to apply pressure professionally and effectively.

Responsibilities include:

• Draft and respond to written discovery
• Prepare meet-and-confer correspondence
• Prepare and argue discovery motions and other law-and-motion matters
• Prepare for and take depositions of parties, witnesses, and other case participants
• Assist with case strategy, client communication, and trial preparation
• Work closely with the firm’s attorneys and staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution or trial

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Civil litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
• Professional, aggressive, and strategic approach to litigation
• Plaintiff-side personal injury or civil litigation experience preferred but not required

Schedule / Location:

This position is based in Palmdale, California. Hybrid work may be available after onboarding and subject to performance, court appearances, client needs, and case demands.
