Responsibilities

• Assist customers and vendors during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the Kintsugi platform.
• Collaborate closely with the software engineering team to streamline the integration of new clients into the sales tax compliance platform.
• Work with the COO to ensure timely and accurate sales tax calculations and filings.
• Analyze sales tax data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, optimizing resource allocation.
• Support project management activities, including monitoring project progress and preparing status reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, preferably in a finance related role
• Proficient in using modern database management systems and tools.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of analyzing complex data and deriving actionable insights.

Nice to Have

• 3 years of experience working with Databases or CRMs.
• 2 years experience in fintech or complex business domains.
