Key Responsibilities

·      Customer Service:

o  Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences.

o  Provide knowledgeable and helpful assistance to customers in selecting footwear.

o  Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.

·      Sales:

o  Achieve personal and store sales goals by cross-selling and upselling products.

o  Stay informed about the latest footwear trends and product specifications.

o  Promote special sales, offers, and loyalty programs.

·      Inventory Management:

o  Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.

o  Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.

o  Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and is properly tagged.

·      Store Maintenance:

o  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.

o  Assist in setting up promotional displays and store layouts.

o  Follow all operational policies and procedures.

             

Qualifications

·      Experience:

o  Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.

o  Experience in the footwear industry is a plus.

·      Skills:

o  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

o  Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions.

·      Personal Attributes:

o  Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.

o  Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

 

Physical Requirements

·      Ability to stand for extended periods.

·      Capability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

·      Comfortable with climbing ladders and bending/reaching for merchandise.
