HVAC Project Foreman

Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Project Foreman to lead installation crews and manage projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a skilled installer ready to take the next step into leadership. You’ll work closely with the owner, general manager, and project teams to ensure every install meets our high-quality standards and stays on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise HVAC installation crews (2–4 team members)
  • Plan daily project tasks and coordinate materials and deliveries
  • Perform hands-on installation of HVAC systems and ductwork
  • Ensure all installations meet code, safety, and manufacturer specs
  • Communicate with homeowners, GCs, and internal team on project updates
  • Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure job-site cleanup
  • Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices
  • Complete project paperwork and verify system start-up and quality checks

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential/commercial)
  • 1+ years of crew lead or foreman experience preferred
  • EPA certification required
  • NATE, OSHA, or ACCA certifications a plus
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to read blueprints, scope documents, and manage job flow
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation:

$40–$50/hour (depending on experience) + performance bonuses
