Position Summary:

The HVAC Assistant/Helper supports our installers and service technicians in the installation, replacement, and maintenance of HVAC systems. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement through training and on-the-job experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead installers with HVAC system installations and replacements
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare job sites, including setup and cleanup
• Help fabricate and install ductwork, grilles, diffusers, and insulation
• Run basic electrical, line-set, and drain work under supervision
• Maintain company tools and vehicles in clean working order
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

Qualifications:

• Some mechanical, construction, or HVAC experience preferred (but not required)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
