HHA/CNA Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personal care and support to clients in their homes or healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)

Provide mobility assistance and help with transfers or ambulation

Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, meal preparation, tidying)

Monitor vital signs and report changes in health status

Administer medications (if certified and assigned)

Offer companionship and emotional support

Document care provided and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with nurses, family members, and other caregivers
