Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, conducting individual and group therapy sessions. This role involves integrating creative expression with therapeutic techniques to facilitate clients' healing and personal growth. The position offers hybrid work options, including in-person and telehealth sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using art therapy and skills-based approaches.
Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to establish therapeutic goals.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation for client records and progress notes.
Participate in regular supervision and team meetings.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of therapeutic practices.
Create a supportive and inclusive environment, affirming neurodiversity and diverse identities.
Requirements
Master's degree in counseling, social work, art therapy, or a related field.
Licensed or license-eligible in North Carolina (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
Experience working with diverse client populations, including neurodiverse individuals.
Strong clinical skills in therapeutic techniques, with an emphasis on creative expression and skills-based approaches.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
