Qualifications
● Minimum 1 year experience in the industry
● Ability to follow recipes and instructions
● Hard-working team player with the desire to work in a fast-paced
environment
● Sanitation and safety knowledge
● Ability to work part-time mornings/afternoons
● Moderate to advanced knowledge of food and basic cooking
techniques
● Moderate to advanced knowledge of basic knife skills - chopping,
dicing, peeling, slicing,
● Moderate to advanced knowledge of basic kitchen appliances and
equipment
● Ability to stand through duration of shift
Responsibilities
● Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen
● Follow recipes to make in house Signature Sauces
● Follow the manager's prep list to plan daily work
● Label ingredients and food items, stock pantry and refrigerator and
keep organized
● Measure seasonings, condiments, and ingredients for use in cooking
● Prepare ingredients for cooking
● Wash, peel, and chop fruits and vegetables
● Use manual and electric equipment for food preparation
● Perform basic cooking tasks
● Update supervisors when stock of food items or supplies are low
● Inform managers about broken or malfunctioning equipment
● Comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines
