KilgourMD, Inc. Brand & Creative Project Coordinator Remote · Full time

Brand & Creative Project Coordinator

Description

About KilgourMD

KilgourMD is a fast-growing, dermatologist-founded scalp health and hair growth brand built on a clear understanding of hair biology. Founded by Dr. James Kilgour, a Stanford-trained, board-certified dermatologist and scalp specialist who has treated thousands of patients for hair loss, the brand focuses on restoring the conditions follicles require to remain active. Hair growth is a skin issue before it is a hair issue, and every formula is designed to support the scalp environment at the level where growth begins.

As a brand, our goal is to shift how the world thinks about hair loss, turning a once-taboo condition into a conversation of empowerment, care, and science-backed optimism. Scalp health deserves to sit alongside skin health as a foundational part of how people care for themselves.

The Role

We are looking for a Creative Project Coordinator to own the daily flow of creative work at KilgourMD, from intake through final delivery. This role reports to our Director of Brand & Creative and keeps every campaign, launch, and always-on program moving across consumer and professional channels.

What You'll Do

  • Own project intake, scoping, assignment, and tracking, and keep it the single source of truth for creative work
  • Build and maintain campaign, launch, and seasonal timelines across social, packaging, and print
  • Optimize and prioritize against design and copy bandwidth so every project has defined deliverables and dates everyone has agreed to, and flag conflicts early enough to solve them
  • Coordinate cross-functional work between Brand, Creative, PD, Professional, CX, and Digital, plus agency and freelance partners
  • Run review and approval cycles, including routing claims through regulatory and clinical review
  • Manage asset delivery and final QC across site, email, paid, social, retail, and collateral
  • Keep our digital asset management system organized, tagged, and current so the team can find what it needs in seconds
  • Support photo and video production: schedules, shot lists, call sheets, and post-production workflows
  • Maintain the master creative report so the work is visible: From request to delivery including turnaround times, on-time delivery, and the KPIs of each project
  • Spot the gaps in how we work and build the process that closes them

What You Will Bring

  • 2-4 years in creative project management or production at a brand or agency
  • Experience using Asana or a comparable platform
  • Proven ability to hold many complex workstreams at once with precise attention to detail
  • Clear, direct written communication; you keep stakeholders informed before they ask
  • Composure when priorities shift and dates move, which they will
  • Working knowledge of creative and production tools: Figma, Frame.io, Adobe Creative Cloud, digital asset management. You dont need to master these tools, but understanding is a plus
  • Nice to have: beauty, wellness, or regulated-category experience; familiarity with packaging and print production; curiosity about where AI fits in creative operations

You'd Be a Perfect Fit If You…

  • Able to think broadly and consider many moving pieces at once
  • Anticipate roadblocks before they surface
  • Would rather fix the process than fix the same problem twice
  • Hold a deadline while keeping the relationship intact
  • Read a brief and immediately see what's missing from it

Why This Role

For most of our customers, hair loss goes deeper than appearance. Even the most confident, accomplished women can feel invisible when it happens. Everything we make is built to reach those customers with care and credibility.

The brand team is where ambition becomes something real. You will sit at the center of every asset, campaign, and activation we create and you will build the operating system for one of the fastest-growing brands in scalp health. You will work directly with our Chief Brand Officer, our Director of Brand & Creative, and agency/freelance partners, with high autonomy and real executive exposure.

How to Apply

Send a resume and, if you have one, an example of how you've run a project or a process. A deck, PDF, or link is all fine, and material may be redacted. Please submit the project as a 'cover letter'.
