Kids City is Honolulu’s premier indoor playground and family entertainment venue. We are hiring part-time Customer Service Team Members to join our Ward Centre location.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in retail, hospitality, childcare, events, restaurants, or customer service — or anyone looking for a fun, active part-time position in Honolulu. No experience required. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to families
• Supervise and monitor play areas to ensure safety
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Assist with birthday parties and private events
• Support front desk check-in and guest assistance
• Promote memberships and special offers

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Available weekends (Saturday & Sunday required)
• Able to stand and move for extended periods

Customer service, retail, hospitality, childcare, or event experience is a plus but not required.
