Kids City is seeking a dedicated Assistant Supervisor to join our team in Honolulu, HI. As an Assistant Supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our young customers have a memorable experience every time they visit.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in the daily operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures

- Provide excellent customer service to children and their families

- Train and supervise staff members to ensure smooth operations

- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Uphold Kids City's safety and security protocols at all times

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience working with children in a retail or recreational setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

- Must be able to pass a background check (Kids City follows "Ban the Box" regulations and does not inquire about criminal backgrounds during the hiring process)

- Prior management experience preferred
