We are seeking therapists for an exciting opportunity to service our clients in Early Intervention Programs based in childcare facilities within the Montgomery County Areas. This person will be independent, but still part of an exciting team. Part time or full time hours are available with flexible scheduling that fits your needs!


Job Description for Occupational Therapy Assistant: 

  • Therapy services that support the child in daily activities, including routines at home and in community life 
  • Utilization of evidence-based strategies and interventions to produce positive outcomes 
  • Ensure proper documentation for daily notes and progress notes 
  • All other duties as assigned 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy degree 
  • Must have an active Occupational Therapy license or Occupational Therapy Assistant License in the state of Pennsylvania 
  • Clearances 
  • Occupational Therapy Board Certification (If Applicable) 

OT:

Responsibilities:

  •  Evaluate patients' physical and mental capabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Assist patients in improving their motor and cognitive skills
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Qualifications:

  •  Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid state licensure
  • Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What will you do?


  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in children
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy sessions to children using evidence-based techniques
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to therapy
  • Monitor and track progress of children and adjust treatment plans as necessary


What are we looking for?


  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech Therapist
  • Experience working with pediatric population is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives
