Position Overview

Kidology is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our team on an independent contractor basis to conduct evaluations and determine the medical necessity of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist with an established practice or flexible schedule who is looking to supplement their caseload with evaluation work. Compensation is provided as a flat rate per completed evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and behavioral evaluations for children referred for ABA services
  • Complete diagnostic assessments, including evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental concerns
  • Review developmental, behavioral, educational, and medical histories
  • Prepare thorough and timely clinical reports with recommendations regarding ABA therapy
  • Complete written orders and supporting documentation when ABA services are recommended
  • Ensure all evaluations meet insurance, Medicaid, and Community Behavioral Health (CBH) requirements
  • Collaborate with Kidology’s clinical and administrative teams as needed

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD)
  • Active Pennsylvania Psychologist License in good standing
  • Experience evaluating pediatric populations
  • Strong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities
  • Excellent clinical assessment and report-writing skills
  • Familiarity with CBH and Medicaid documentation requirements preferred

  • Independent Contractor (1099)
  • As-needed basis
  • Flat-rate compensation per completed evaluation
  • Administrative support provided for scheduling and documentation
  • Flexible scheduling

We are particularly interested in candidates who have availability during daytime hours and/or after 5:00 PM to align with client and operational needs.
