Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) – Kidology | Philadelphia, PA (In-Field)

Kidology, Inc., a Top Workplace and INC. 5000 Fast-Growing Company, is seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to join our family-centered, play-based ABA team serving children across Philadelphia.

In this in-field role, you will lead behavioral assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, and supervise BHT/RBT staff while partnering closely with families, schools, and community providers.

Position Details

  • Full-time, part-time, and 1099 options available
  • Services provided in homes, schools, and community settings
  • Supervision of BHTs, BHT-ABAs, and Assistant BC-ABAs
  • In-field caseload across Philadelphia

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ABA services in natural environments
  • Conduct FBAs and assessments (ABAS-3, Vineland-3, VB-MAPP)
  • Develop and oversee Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs)
  • Supervise and support clinical staff on caseloads
  • Track progress, analyze data, and update programming
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain documentation and compliance standards

Qualifications

  • Active PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential
  • Valid PA clearances
  • Driver’s license + reliable transportation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
