BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)**

As as BCBA with Kidology, inc., you will play a key leadership role in new patient assessment, goal creation, case monitoring, and clinical guidance, supervision, and support to our team of bht/rbt staff on your cases, ensuring delivery of quality services and care.
Responsibilities:
Providing care, initial evaluation/review, and goal setting for new clients and on going clients to authorize their services & provide progressive services in collaboration with ABA team- rbt/bht, team coordinator, and ABA Clinical Director.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, licensure standards, and accreditation guidelines related to behavior analysis services.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and identify areas for process enhancement to optimize service delivery and client outcomes.
- Provide support to behavior analysts (BC-ABAs) and registered behavior technicians (BHT/RBTs) to ensure adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals involved in the care of clients to develop comprehensive treatment plans and promote consistency across environments.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners, funding agencies, and regulatory bodies to advocate for the needs of individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities.
- Stay abreast of current research and best practices in behavior analysis and participate in professional organizations and conferences to contribute to the advancement of the field.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) is required.
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in behavior analysis, with demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing ABA-based interventions.
- Understanding of state policies, procedures, supervision, documentation, and compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities preferred.
