Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Kidology

About the Role

As a COTA at Kidology, you’ll work closely with licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver engaging, individualized therapy services across clinic, daycare, home, and community settings.

You’ll help children develop fine motor skills, sensory regulation, and daily living skills through meaningful, play-based sessions.

Position Details

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Services provided in clinic, daycare, homes, and community settings
• Travel throughout Bucks County, Northeast Philadelphia, and Center City
• Work under supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

What You’ll Do

• Implement OT treatment plans
• Provide engaging, play-based therapy sessions
• Support:
• Fine motor development
• Sensory processing and regulation
• Self-care and daily living skills
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Document sessions and track progress

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program
• Active Pennsylvania COTA license
• Pediatric experience preferred
