BCBA – Kidology | Philadelphia, PA (In-Field)

Kidology, Inc., a leading pediatric therapy provider and INC. 5000 Fast-Growing Company, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team.

In this in-field leadership role, you will oversee ABA programming, conduct assessments, design behavior plans, and supervise BHTs/RBTs while working closely with families across the Philadelphia area. Our approach is play-based, collaborative, and family-centered, focused on helping children thrive in real-world settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior plans
  • Supervise and support ABA team members

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • ABA experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Willingness to provide in-field services throughout Philadelphia
