Kidology, Inc., a leading pediatric therapy provider and INC. 5000 Fast-Growing Company, is seeking a Ukrainian-Speaking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team!

In this leadership role, you'll oversee ABA programming, conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, supervise Behavior Health Technicians (BHTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborate closely with families and our multidisciplinary team throughout the Philadelphia area. Our approach is play-based, family-centered, and focused on helping children succeed in everyday environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive ABA evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Supervise, mentor, and support BHTs and RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers to ensure continuity of care
  • Provide culturally responsive services while communicating effectively
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Fluency in English required
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to provide in-field services throughout the Philadelphia area

Salary

$80,000 - $140,000 per year
