Position Summary
The Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations. This role requires a highly organized, dependable individual with strong communication skills and flexibility to support coverage for staff or office functions as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support for office staff and leadership
- Assist families and staff inquiries
- Organize and manage office files, records, and documentation
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and document preparation
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Provide coverage and support for staff or office functions as needed
- Support projects and daily operational tasks
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive office environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ year of administrative or office support experience (healthcare or therapy office experience a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexible, reliable, and adaptable to office needs
