At Kid Connections Therapy, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to connect, communicate, and thrive. We are a passionate team of professionals committed to empowering children and families through personalized, play-based, and relationship-focused therapy services.

As a trusted provider of pediatric speech and language services, we partner with families, educators, and caregivers to support children in building essential communication skills that last a lifetime.

The Role

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll assess, diagnose, and treat communication challenges in children—helping them find their voice and connect with the world around them. You'll be supported by a collaborative and caring team that values professional growth, creativity, and family-centered care.

Caseload Expectation:

A full-time role includes 25–30 billable hours per week, with flexibility in how sessions are scheduled and delivered. Our model values quality over quantity and encourages a healthy work-life balance.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each child’s unique needs and strengths
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in a fun and supportive environment
  • Monitor progress and adjust goals as needed to ensure meaningful growth
  • Provide family coaching and education to support generalization beyond the therapy room
  • Collaborate with related service providers (OTs, PTs, psychologists, and more) to deliver whole-child care
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation using our user-friendly systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current CCC-SLP credential and full state licensure (CFs considered on a case-by-case basis)
  • Experience working with children (clinic, school, or private practice setting preferred)
  • A warm, playful, and strengths-based approach to therapy
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to high-quality, ethical care
  • Cultural sensitivity and a belief in the value of inclusive, family-centered practice

Why Join Kid Connections Therapy?

  • Supportive team culture grounded in collaboration and respect
  • Manageable caseloads (25–30 billable hours = full-time)
  • Flexible scheduling and autonomy in your workday
  • Opportunities for continuing education and career growth
  • A chance to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives every day
