Role Description
This is a remote and on-site contract role for an Information Technology Help Desk Technician. The Help Desk Technician will provide technical support, assist with troubleshooting desktop computers and printers, and offer help desk support for clients. Daily tasks include resolving technical issues, providing timely customer service, and maintaining IT systems for optimal performance.
