Role Description


This is a remote and on-site contract role for an Information Technology Help Desk Technician. The Help Desk Technician will provide technical support, assist with troubleshooting desktop computers and printers, and offer help desk support for clients. Daily tasks include resolving technical issues, providing timely customer service, and maintaining IT systems for optimal performance.

  • Guardz required
  • SentinelOne required
  • Technical support and help desk support skills
  • Troubleshooting skills for desktop computers and printers
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in providing IT support for small business clients is a plus
  • Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), are beneficial


Salary

$250 - $350 per week
