🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW
The Tier 1 Operator is a service desk-based role responsible for managing incoming tickets, resolving end-user issues, and maintaining client communication.

🌐 REMOTE / ON-SITE EXPECTATIONS
✅ 100% remote role
✅ Work performed via service desk systems
✅ Occasional light on-site tasks:
• Pickup/drop-off equipment
• Basic device handling
✅ On-site work may include bonuses
💰 COMPENSATION
Contract → Long-Term Contract
🟢 $18 – $28/hour

✈️ TRAINING, TRAVEL & COMPANY REPRESENTATION
✅ Training, meetings, and occasional travel required
• Training is compensated
• Travel is compensated (where applicable)
