🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

Tier 3 Engineers are responsible for:

✅ Architecture

✅ Systems, Server, Network Engineering

✅ Project leadership

✅ P1/P2 incident ownership

✅ Future management path

🌐 REMOTE / ON-SITE

✅ Mostly remote

🚨 REQUIRED ON-SITE:

• P1/P2 incidents

• Server room builds

• Infrastructure projects

• Cabling estimates

• Vendor coordination

✅ Security + backup

✅ Scalability planning

💰 COMPENSATION

🔴 $45 – $70+/hour

Equivalent: $85K–$125K
