Description

This is a contract remote and on-site role for an Information Technology Computer Hardware Technician. The Technician will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting desktop computers, providing hardware and printer support, resolving IT issues, and ensuring systems run efficiently. The role involves collaborating with clients, diagnosing technical problems, and optimizing hardware performance.

• HaloPSA required
• NinjaRMM required
• Guardz required
• SentinelOne required
• Experience with Desktop Computers and Computer Maintenance
• Strong Troubleshooting skills
• Expertise in Hardware Support on Windows, iOS, Linux and other
• Ability to provide Printer Support
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
• Relevant certifications or technical qualifications are a plus
