Full-Stack Web Developer
Reports to EVP Product
This team member will contribute to building and improving the Melee event registration and tournament operation platform. Melee is used globally to provide efficient, reliable operation of events. The Keyrune team, who create Melee, are passionate about minimizing time spent waiting by participants in events, so those folks can spend most of their time having fun. For event organizers, our focus is helping to streamline event revenue management, tournament and event operations, and providing event visibility. This allows organizers to dedicate their valuable time caring for customers, instead of wrangling data.
Employment Basis
This is a full-time salaried position, on an at-will basis. We are a fully remote, distributed team.

What does success look like?
Within two weeks of onboarding
Stand-up a fully functioning local development environment with help from EVP
Push small, production-ready code updates to the development repository
Within 30 days of onboarding
Comfortable with the existing Melee infrastructure and development policies
Able to perform scaling functions on the Melee infrastructure
Within 90 days of onboarding
Own the entire life-cycle of assigned user stories from definition to deployment
Able to provide loose time estimates for individual user stories
Able to deploy production updates to app servers and database
