Part-time with Full-time Potential!! Provide accounting services to small business clients and support to accounting manager and CPA with administrative tasks and projects.


Job responsibilities include:

On the Accounting/Bookkeeping side of things, we are looking for someone to join our team that has a passion for supporting small businesses with their accounting needs by performing the following duties:

*Providing full-service bookkeeping for multiple clients: recording transactions, reconciling accounts, processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and providing various reports to clients

*Assisting with client's compliance reporting (sales tax, etc.)

*Assisting with client's payroll processing needs

*Communicate with clients on an ongoing basis for various requests

*Assisting with various projects (QuickBooks conversions, bookkeeping clean-up work and catch-up work, etc...)

On the Administrative side of things, we are looking for a team player to support the following:

*Maintaining client database and practice management software

*Supporting the client onboarding and experience process

*Assisting team with scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, scanning and organizing documentation (we strive to be as paperless as possible, so the workload is heavier than normal during tax season for clients who drop off paper documents).

*Client Relationship Management - we believe in an excellent client experience and would like for this role to assist with various tasks such as social media postings, researching content for newsletters, and preparing welcome packets/birthday cards/holiday cards, etc... Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

*Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting, or working towards. Will consider experience in lieu of degree for the right candidate

*2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience, preferred

*Excellent problem-solving, research, and time management skills

*Highly organized and detailed-oriented

*Intermediate Excel skills

*QuickBooks Online certified, or willing to obtain certification within 12 weeks of employment


$18 - $23 per hour
