Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on light duty trucks and vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair basic mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct oil changes, brake repairs, filter replacements, and other minor repairs.
• Assist in preparing vehicles for state inspections.
• Document all work performed using internal systems (paper or digital).
• Maintain clean and safe work areas following company safety standards.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
• Communicate with the shop office and/or service writer about repair status and additional needs.
• Assist with other tasks in the shop as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in automotive/light duty vehicle repair preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods.
• Basic tools required (company may supply specialty tools).
• Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and repair software a plus.
