What You’ll Do:

As our Sales & Operations Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every adventure is flawlessly executed and every guest leaves with memories to last a lifetime. Here’s what your day might look like:

  • Sales Dynamo: Lead the charge in converting inquiries into bookings, driving sales growth, and executing marketing campaigns that showcase the best of Alaska’s backcountry.
  • Operations Guru: Coordinate day-to-day office operations, support guide scheduling, and manage the logistics of our thrilling day trips and multi-day expeditions.
  • Customer Service Pro: Be the friendly face (and voice) of KBA, providing top-notch service to our guests, whether they’re booking a trip or seeking advice on the best way to explore the Alaskan wilderness.
  • Team Leader: Supervise and support our Reservations Agent and Guide Manager, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that keeps our team motivated and our operations running smoothly.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in sales, operations, or administrative roles—bonus points if it’s in the adventure tourism or hospitality industry!
  • Leadership skills that inspire and guide a team to success.
  • A love for organization, multitasking, and making sure every detail is just right.
