The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily tour logistics, maintaining gear rooms, coordinating flight schedules, managing vehicle upkeep, and supervising guide staff. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities and a strong commitment to ensuring seamless operations for both staff and customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Tour Logistics:
  • Oversee shuttle schedules to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs for tour participants.
  • Manage food inventory and replenishment to meet the needs of daily tours and multi-day expeditions.
  • Maintain flight scheduling for single and multi-day expeditions, ensuring efficient travel arrangements for staff and participants.
  • Operate daily shuttle pick-ups and drop-offs as needed, ensuring safe and efficient transportation for customers and staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of expeditions by coordinating logistics such as equipment transportation and itinerary planning.


  • Guide Staff Oversight:
  • Supervise guide staff, providing support, training, and guidance as needed.


  • Gear & Fleet Management:
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of gear rooms.
  • Coordinate gear upkeep and repair logistics, ensuring equipment is in optimal condition for trips.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of company vehicles, scheduling routine maintenance and repairs as needed.


  • General Administrative Tasks:
  • Assist with administrative duties such as record-keeping, inventory management, and customer service inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities.



Requirements:

  • Administrative Expertise:
  • Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the outdoor adventure or tourism industry.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Whiz:
  • High level of organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Tech-Savvy:
  • Computer proficiency, including typing and a variety of software skills.
  • Decision-Making Pro:
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Team Spirit:
  • Ability to function as a team member and be a person of inspiration.
  • Interpersonal Charm:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of staff, guests, clients, and the public.
