The Role: Junior-Assistant Guide
As a Junior-Assistant Guide, you'll be at the heart of our Hiking and Glacier programs, leading day trips and contributing to the magic of our excursions. This role serves as a launchpad for your guiding career, offering opportunities for rapid advancement within our diverse range of programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Trip Mastery: Assist and lead day trip programs with a focus on Hiking and Glacier adventures.

Gear Management: Prepare, allocate, and clean gear, ensuring the seamless execution of each excursion.

Logistics Support: Drive, shuttle, and perform errands, contributing to the overall success of KBA's various excursions.

Meal Planning and Preparation: Contribute to meal planning, food preparation, and packaging for a well-fed and happy clientele.

Client Transportation: Safely transport clients during trips, showcasing your driving and guiding skills.

Facilities Upkeep: Assist with vehicle and gear maintenance, cleaning, and facilities upkeep.
