We are looking for a self-motivated die-hard sales consultant who has a passion for luxury wedding dresses to deliver an untouchable experience to our brides in our warm and inviting store located in Soho of NYC. The sales consultant will be responsible for being a passionate KF brand ambassador with extensive product knowledge in order to service our brides through a tailored selling technique. The ideal candidate would be able to personify the Kelly Faetanini spirit through a deep understanding of the brand's values, culture, image, and products. With high enthusiasm and a strong desire to close every sale, this candidate is acutely aware of how to balance making our brides feel cared for and special throughout the entire sales process.

  • Meet and exceed sales goals while continually developing new methods to increase sales
  • Provide high touch service to clients to further cultivate client relationships
  • Provide warm, sincere and exceptional service to all clients in the store at all times.
  • Actively listen to understand client needs and expectations to creatively suggest products accordingly.
  • Master product knowledge of KF’s designs, fit, construction and inventory to close and up-sell all products.
  • Conduct client appointments on time and see appointments through to the end with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strategically follow up with all clients in the pipeline to close prospect leads and acquire new clients.
  • Resolve all issues in a timely manner while remaining calm and supportive of the client.
  • Complete opening and closing procedures daily.
  • Ensure that the store remains in impeccable condition, common areas are kept clean and organized.
  • Assist with brand promotion within the store and special events.
  • Capture bride feedback and maintain a high level of customer details within the CRM system.
  • Assist other sales associates as needed by being collaborative and supportive.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Luxury or Bridal Sales.
  • Self starter attitude and eagerness to learn and constantly improve.
  • Ability to project an approachable and professional image in personal demeanor, appearance, and manner.
  • Versatile and flexible; embraces change and is consistently able to develop and adapt to the needs of the business.
  • Can remain calm and organized in a fast paced environment and under pressure.
  • Has a team player attitude, no task is too big or too small.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and memorization skills.
  • Confidence to close a sale without being pushy.
  • Excellent professional interpersonal skills both in person, electronically and phone.
  • Experience in all Microsoft Office Products, Google Suite, Bridal Live and Zoho is a PLUS!
  • Weekend availability is REQUIRED.


Competitive salary based on experience plus uncapped commission. Salary is paid by hourly rate plus commission for total compensation of $65,000-$75,000+
