About the Role

 

This role will oversee all administrative duties related to the onboarding and offboarding processes for clients.

They will be crucial in maintaining the success of our client's journey and assisting the onboarding team in their success and growth.

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities 

 

●    Facilitate clear and consistent communication to schedule and conduct new client meetings and follow-ups.

●    Oversee and execute client onboarding and offboarding processes.

●    Maintain contact lists within company CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and updates.

●    Efficiently manage ShareFile, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

●    Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting application issues, and correspondence with software support teams for solutions. Set up online access for the accounting team.

●    Perform additional general administrative tasks and duties as required.

 

Skills & Qualifications 

 

●    Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an operational or administrative role.

●    Preferred minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting or similar field.

●    Familiarity with accounting-based work management systems, a plus (Karbon, QBO, etc).

●    Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (Google Calendar, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

●    Excellent phone and email etiquette.

●    Strong time management and organizational abilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects to successful on-time completion.

●    Proven organizational skills.

●    Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

●    Capacity to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.

●    Ability to troubleshoot/problem-solve independently.
