What You’ll Do

Your role supports both client delivery and internal quality across the group. Responsibilities include:

Client Management & Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
  • Communicate financial results clearly and confidently to stakeholders
  • Build trust-based relationships through consistent, accurate delivery

Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements, owner statements, and reports
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
  • Handle general bookkeeping, reconciliations, accruals, and cleanup work
  • Support sales tax or other compliance tasks as needed

Quality, Leadership & Process

  • Review staff work for accuracy and completeness
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with internal quality standards
  • Assist in onboarding new clients by organizing records, cleaning up books, and setting up processes

Advisory & Analysis

  • Support virtual CFO services—budgets, cash flow forecasting, KPI reporting, etc.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization

Technology & Systems

  • Use modern accounting platforms including QBO, Sage Intacct, Gusto, Karbon, Bill.com, Divvy, HubDoc, ChargeOver, BigTime, and others
  • Learn and adapt to new systems and tools quickly
  • Communicate effectively in a fully virtual environment

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on accounting & bookkeeping experience
  • Experience managing or reviewing the work of others
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in an accounting firm or outsourced accounting environment is a plus
  • Experience with property management accounting tools (Guesty, Hostaway, Track, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to take messy books and turn them into clean, usable financials
  • Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently

Work Schedule

Initial 90 days:


  • Work hours aligned with your manager’s time zone
  • May include some hours during the 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT night shift

Post-90 days:


  • Based on performance
  • Flexible schedule with a required 4-hour overlap with your manager’s time zone(US)
