We're currently seeking a skilled Marketing Manager in the Philippines to join our growing team!


This is a full-time employee role—not a contractor position. Join a collaborative remote-first environment where your work makes a measurable impact across various industries through our Bookkeeping and Accounting Services.


Please Note:

During the first 90 days, you’ll be expected to align your work hours with your manager’s time zone, including some hours during the 10 PM–6 AM night shift (Philippine time). After this ramp-up period, and based on performance, you’ll work with your Director to create a schedule with at least a 4-hour overlap with your manager’s working hours.

You’re a strategic and well-rounded marketing professional who thrives in a remote team. You’re confident in managing campaigns from strategy to execution and skilled in brand, content, and demand generation. You’re resourceful, collaborative, and proactive in aligning marketing goals with broader business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Own and execute the full marketing plan, including content, campaigns, events, and digital outreach
  • Partner with sales and leadership to align messaging, KPIs, and lead generation
  • Monitor, report, and adjust strategy based on performance metrics


Brand & Content

  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials
  • Create and manage high-quality content: blog posts, case studies, email campaigns, and sales collateral
  • Manage website and social media to ensure messaging is updated and impactful


Lead Generation & Automation

  • Develop campaigns to attract and nurture qualified leads
  • Support both inbound and outbound marketing via tools like HubSpot
  • Optimize email and automation workflows for engagement and retention


Sales Enablement

  • Collaborate with the sales team on pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials
  • Track and evaluate campaign success through HubSpot and analytics tools


Events & Community Engagement

  • Coordinate webinars, events, and partnerships aligned with our target industries


What You Bring

Experience

  • 4–6 years in B2B marketing, ideally in professional services, SaaS, or accounting/finance
  • Proven success in executing marketing strategies across the full funnel
  • Strong background in content and campaign management


Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized with strong project management ability
  • Analytical mindset with creativity and follow-through
  • Team-first mentality


Tools

  • HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation)
  • Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms
  • CMS (WordPress preferred), SEO tools, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
