Our team is hybrid and meets in-person at least 3 days a week.


Responsibilities

  • Lead Nurturing and Engagement: Develop and execute nurture campaigns, segment audiences, and collaborate on content to engage and retain potential customers.
  • Top-of-Funnel Optimization: Implement content strategies, manage social media, and optimize paid media to attract and convert new leads.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, using insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align marketing with sales strategies, collaborate on product messaging, and leverage customer feedback for improvement.
  • Growth Hacking and Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing, develop innovative campaigns, and implement scalable growth strategies.
  • Customer Retention and Advocacy: Map customer journeys, develop retention programs, and manage referral and loyalty initiatives to drive engagement.


Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Growth Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Domain Expertise: Experience in marketing within the tech or cybersecurity industry is highly desirable. A strong understanding of customer needs and challenges in these fields is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO tools) and a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies.
  • Creative Vision: Strong creative skills with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of metrics, analytics, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify marketing decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on aligning marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
