Our Senior Desktop Administrators are elite when it comes to delivering exceptional customer service with technical knowledge, which makes task balancing a crucial part of this role. Our SDA’s are the front face support to our clients for any Hardware or Software troubleshooting. They are expected to troubleshoot in a proactive manner, respond to inquiries eagerly, and make technical challenges a positive experience. This position will require you to be onsite.
