Our SaaS Systems Administrators are responsible for rolling out and maintaining business critical applications for our BioTech Client. They are an escalation point for other administrators on their supported applications. Our SaaS Systems Admins handle all complex requests, and handle technical requests with documentation, leading projects, and managing the change control process. They are comfortable with constant changes and updates regarding project timelines and deliverable.

Who Should Apply

Daily Objectives

  • Automate solutions based on business needs
  • Ability to integrate SaaS applications into the current IT Ecosystem from cradle to grave
  • Work directly with client point of contact (C-level and others)
  • Developing formal procedure documentation and developing knowledge based articles
  • Utilizing security best practices when deploying and/or managing solutions
  • User and License management
  • Third Tier Escalation for Supported Applications


Qualification and Skills

  • Deep technical knowledge of best in business SaaS platforms (druva, Okta, JAMF, Airwtach, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Workday and etc.)
  • Working knowledge of SAML, SSO, SCIM
  • Expertise in deploying business critical applications
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make quick decisions
  • Strong customer service, prioritization, and communication skills


Preferred Skills

  • Experience scripting in one or more languages (Python, Ruby, Csharp, Java, Bash, and/or powershell)
  • Working with Restful API's
  • Proven experience working with built in and custom connectors


Salary

$100,000 - $140,000 per year
