Kreative Core Technologies Project Manager Remote · Contractor Company website

The Project Manager provides senior-level delivery leadership across Kreative Core Technologies' Tyler ERP implementation engagements, serving as the single point of accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder alignment from contract kickoff through post-go-live stabilization. Reporting to the Director of Service Delivery, the Project Manager operates as an extension of KCT's executive delivery leadership — translating client expectations and organizational priorities into a disciplined, well-governed execution plan. This role carries direct responsibility for project profitability, delivery quality, and the long-term strength of KCT's client partnerships. Success in this role requires seasoned program governance experience, confident executive-level communication, and the judgment to proactively manage risk before it threatens timeline, budget, or client trust. Experience leading public-sector ERP implementations, municipal systems, or government enterprise environments is highly preferred.

About Kreative Core Technologies

At Kreative Core Technologies (KCT), you won't be buried in a bench or babysitting a ticket queue. We're the firm public-sector leaders call in when ERP work needs senior hands on it, whether that's a first-time implementation, a project that's gone off track, or a system that should be doing a lot more than it is. That means the work you get is real: high-stakes, high-visibility, and yours to own. You'll embed directly with client teams, with the autonomy to scale your involvement to what the work actually needs, not a rigid playbook. We treat transparency and knowledge transfer as core to how we deliver, which means you're trusted to teach, not just execute, and to leave clients stronger than you found them. No smoke and mirrors, no manufactured dependency, just good work, done well, that speaks for itself. If you want a place where senior expertise is expected, autonomy is real, and the work is never busywork, you'll fit right in here.
