Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Painting Sales Director for a commission-only role. This is an ideal position for a seasoned salesperson who excels at closing deals in the residential market. In this role, you will represent KB Painting & Refinishing, handling company-provided leads, meeting potential clients in their homes, and closing sales on the spot. Success in this role requires drive, professionalism, and a customer-centered approach to create the best outcomes for both our clients and our business.
Key Responsibilities
- In-Home Sales & Presentations: Meet with residential clients at scheduled appointments to present our services, explain our unique value, and discuss pricing and project options.
- Closing Sales: Close deals on the spot whenever possible, helping clients make informed, confident decisions to proceed with our services.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build rapport and trust with clients, focusing on creating a positive experience that aligns with our premium standards and fosters future referrals.
- Revenue Generation: Earn a 7% commission on all revenue generated from closed deals. As the company grows, so does your earning potential, providing an exciting opportunity to grow with us.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the KB Painting & Refinishing team to understand project specifics, enhance service delivery, and contribute to continuous business improvement.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Ability: Demonstrated experience in in-person sales, ideally within home services, home improvement, or a related field, with a successful track record in closing high-value deals.
- Self-Starter with Goal Orientation: A proactive and motivated approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Customer-Focused Attitude: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored service recommendations.
- Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver’s License: Required for using a company-provided vehicle.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check for handling client interactions.
- DMV Check: Must pass a DMV check to ensure eligibility to drive a company-provided vehicle.
