This is a 1099 commission-only position, meaning your earning potential is unlimited. The harder you work, the more you earn! We provide high-quality leads, but if you’re a go-getter who can generate your own sales, we’ll reward you even more!

💰 What’s in It for You?

✅ Competitive Commission Structure:

• 7% commission on total revenue from company-provided leads
• 10% commission on self-generated leads (leads you source, quote, and close yourself!)
• 10% commission on ALL sales after hitting $1,000,000+ in a calendar year

• Commissions earned Monday–Sunday are paid the following Friday

📌 Salespeople must maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times

📌 Non-Compete Agreement: No working for competing painting/refinishing businesses within 50 miles
